Director of Operations

Stephanie Gonzalez

Stephanie is an outdoor enthusiast and long-time resident of Mt. Baldy, THP's main training grounds. After meeting Tim and the THP team at the Mt. Baldy lodge and hearing about their adventures with our nation's veterans, she actively immersed herself in the culture of The Heroes Project. Over the years, she has volunteered at several of THP's events and dedicated her time and energy to our injured veterans.

With a degree in Journalism and a minor in Sociology from California State University, Northridge, she started her career at Fox Sports News in live TV production. After developing relationships with professional athletes, she was fortunate to give back to her community at various non-profit sports camps across the LA region. As her career path changed, she became an event planner and executive.

Built by people who get it.

This team works peer-to-peer, veteran to veteran. No charity desk, no distance — just people who've carried the same weight, standing alongside the ones still climbing.
